These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Grattiano Casino and all registered players. By creating an account and using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before registering.
Eligibility and Account Registration
To open an account at Grattiano Casino, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 19 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your province, whichever is higher)
- Be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted
- Provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration
- Not hold an existing account with Grattiano Casino
- Not be a current employee or close relative of an employee of Grattiano Casino
Grattiano reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure.
Account Security

Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your name. Grattiano does not accept third-party deposits. The minimum deposit is C$10 via Interac e-Transfer and C$15 via credit or debit card. Deposits are credited in Canadian dollars.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal is C$20. Grattiano processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours subject to KYC verification being complete.

Bonus Terms
All bonuses issued by Grattiano Casino are subject to a 35x wagering requirement unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page. Bonuses must be wagered within 30 days of being credited or they expire automatically.
- Maximum bet while a bonus is active: C$5 per spin or per hand
- Slots contribute 100% to wagering requirements
- Table games contribute 10%; live dealer games contribute 5%
- Grattiano reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if these conditions are breached
The welcome bonus is limited to one per player, household, IP address and device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via related accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
- Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
- Using any automated software, bot, script or exploit to gain an advantage
- Collusion with other players in multiplayer games
- Chargeback fraud or disputing legitimate transactions
- Creating multiple accounts or assisting others to do so
- Exploiting software errors or mathematical errors instead of reporting them
